Please note that untill November 17 the Biblical Museum is partly closed. Only the collection of Rev Leendert Schouten is open from Mo - Fri / closed in the weekend. From November 17 the opening hours are regular again. On show then: the collection of Rev Leendert Schouten and the temporary exhibition KEES DE KORT | ICONS. 



• By train: the museum is approximately a 15 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station.
• By tram: tramlines 2, 11 and 12 (stop ‘Spui’). 
• By car: follow the ring road (A10) towards S100, exit ‘Centrum’. Follow the ‘P’ signs for car parks in the city centre. The closest underground car park is ‘De Kolk’ at the Nieuwezijds Kolk. You can also use the underground car park at the Stadhuis/Muziektheater. More information about Park and Ride (P+R).


The Biblical Museum is located in the Cromhouthuis at the Herengracht in Amsterdam. There is limited access to the building for wheelchair users. Not all of the rooms are accessible by the elevator. You can call us in advance of your museum visit in order for our staff to be able to assist you.
